What information do we collect?

We collect the information such First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and any information you submit in a message, or via our career form, which could include phone numbers or files that you choose to share with us via upload. 

How do we collect your personal data? 

We collect your personal data using Microsoft Dynamics (our CRM) via web forms. We may also collect anonymised website performance and user behaviour data using Google Analytics. 

Why do we process your personal data? 

We only process personal data to enable our Sales, Marketing and Management Team to contact you. We may use your data for purposes such as scheduling meetings for consulting-related conversations or to inform individuals about upcoming events, webinars and relevant activities. 

Do we share your personal data with other companies outside Sirocco Group AB? 

For the reasons listed above we may share your personal information with, between or amongst our Sirocco offices. Your personal data may also be shared with third-party service providers that have a business relationship with Sirocco Group AB, such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Salesforce. We may also share with third parties if we have obtained your consent or due to a legal obligation; in response to a court order or request from a government body. 

How can you control your personal data? 

If you send us your data, we keep your information on file for its intended use. If you wish to delete your data, you can send us a mail to opt out at any time. If not opted-out, your data will be kept in our CRM system until we clean it out, e.g. due to inactivity or data retention policies. 

How do we secure your personal data? 

Your data is secured within Microsoft Dynamics. Only our Sales, Marketing and Management Team (and admins) have access to the environment your data is stored, but only our Sales, Marketing and Management Team are allowed to contact individuals. 

Cookies 

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
