We Make Sense of it All
With the help of Sirocco’s extensive partner network, we can carry out implementations of the largest CRM solutions on the market. From our customers’ perspective, this makes it easier to choose the correct solution on the basis of the needs and requirements of the business.
In order to be able to offer a solution independent CRM strategy, Sirocco has signed partnerships with several of the market leading CRM solution suppliers. This means that we can help our customers negotiate license deals with the suppliers as we benchmark the different solutions against each other.
How We Do It
The stage is set up for the project, the expectations are high.
Workshops with the management team and department heads of the relevant divisions are started.
Who knows better about the company's processes and challenges than the employee performing the task? We perform individual interviews with relevant people in each department to ensure that we map out the big picture, as well as documenting the requirements on a detailed level.
Solution Design and Needs Analysis
The needs and challenges identified during the requirement gathering is presented together with solution a plan, which is implemented by our experts. The project receives a go-ahead for implementation.
Development, interagation and Data Migration
The development of the customized solution is started and the data migration, as well as integrations are planned and carried out. Everything is overseen by our experienced project managers.
System and Acceptance Testing
When all the pieces are in place it is time for functional tests. Sirocco performs internal testing before handing over the solution for acceptance testing by the customer. This is done to ensure that the solution is in line with requirements and the expected delivery.
When the solution has been approved by the customer, training is started to teach both super users as well as end users to use the system.
D-Day! During the first few days, the solution is operated with Go-Live Support to ensure that users get a good start using the new solution. Any previous, undetected issues are quickly ironed out.
We always strive towards having a long term cooperation with our customers and that the customers are happy with our services. Therefore, we offer comprehensive support contracts where you as a customer can get feedback and assistance on technical issues that may arise.
