Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a CRM solution by Microsoft that is tightly integrated with Microsoft Outlook. SugarCRM provide modules for sales, marketing and support solution covering a broad spectrum of functionality and information areas that match competing systems with closed-source. Thanks to the open source, SugarCRM allows extensive adaptions in functionality in the user interface. The system is offered in three versions: Sugar Community Edition, Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise. Sugar Community Edition is not linked to any licensing costs and based on the same basic code as the two license-bound versions.
